If you’re not completely satisfied with your watch return it to us within 30 days of purchase. If the watch is received in the condition it was sent, a full refund will be issued. Buyer is responsible for the cost of tracked and insured return shipping.
Our pieces are preowned and frequently vintage timepieces. Wear from decades of use is to be expected. With all of our product listings, the photos are as much a part of the description as the description itself. Please study them carefully before purchase. None of the pieces we sell are guaranteed water-resistant.

Returns will not be accepted for the following conditions:
- Slow chronograph second return on Seiko Chronographs. During service this is deliberately adjusted slower to preserve the chronograph seconds hand post.
- Timekeeping accuracy concerns < +/- 2 minutes per day. We do our best to describe the timekeeping in the listing, but ultimately these are decades old vintage pieces powered by springs, pinions, and gears.
- Signs of water damage.
- Obvious signs of drop damage (broken balance staffs, impacted jewels, etc).
